A beautiful and complex wine, that packs a big punch above its appellation. Fine bright golden in colour with aromas of fresh pear, apple and caramel. The palate weight is wonderful with a smooth minerality leading to rich and complex flavours of baked apples and custard, a hint of hazelnuts and honey followed by lemony acidity to lift the finish.
